Justice in Aging

The Center advocates nationwide to promote the independence and well-being of low-income elderly individuals and persons with disabilities. The Center advocates at the administrative and legislative levels to ensure that laws and regulations work for poor seniors. They train over 10,000 advocate and service providers on the rights of poor seniors every year, litigating as necessary to ensure poor seniors have the benefits and services they need.
