由市參事盧凱莉、李麗嫦和金貞妍共同提出的「最低薪資條例」（Minimum Compensation Ordinance，簡稱MCO）修訂案昨日在市參事會議上一讀一致通過，該法案將增加三藩市非牟利機構和家護助理服務計劃（In-Home Supportive Services）員工的最低收入工資。
